Store Policies - Midwest Euro Parts LLC 

These policies are applicable to purchases made on this website only. If you purchase our products through other selling platforms (e.g. eBay), the policies stated on those respective platforms will apply. 

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days upon order receipt, as determined by carrier tracking. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways, based on the shipping cost charged at purchase. A restocking charge of 20% will apply. Items must be received in the same condition as-delivered - additional charges may apply for items that are damaged, altered, used or in un-saleable condition otherwise. To initiate a return, please email us at midwesteuroparts@gmail.com.  Once a returned item is received by Midwest Euro Parts, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. 

Damaged in Transit

It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items upon receipt and report any damage that may have occurred in transit within 30 days. Midwest Euro Parts will at its discretion instruct the buyer to return the item for a refund, provide an exchange, or offer another resolution that is agreeable to the purchaser. 

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, if the buyer would like to cancel the order, they may initiate a cancellation by contacting us at midwesteuroparts@gmail.com. We often process orders same-day, so order cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If we are able to cancel an order, a 5% order cancellation fee will apply. The purchaser will be refunded the amount paid, minus this 5% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee covers payment processing fees and administrative expenses that we incur as a result of order cancellation.
